Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions and AI credits on ai2all.ai ("the Platform") are billed, cancelled, and refunded. By subscribing to a paid plan or purchasing AI credits, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Billing

Paid plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through our payment partner, Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled beforehand. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and, where applicable, subject to GST as indicated at checkout.

2. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost for up to 5 clients and carries no charge, no auto-renewal, and no refund implications. You may use it for as long as you like before deciding to upgrade.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing or by emailing support@ai2all.ai. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it reverts to the Free plan. We do not charge cancellation fees. Cancelling does not delete your data; you retain Free-plan access to your account.

4. Refunds on Subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial or unused periods after cancellation.

As a goodwill exception, first-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first paid charge, provided the account's AI and document-generation usage during that period has been minimal (broadly, trial-level use). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. AI Credits & Top-Ups

Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. You may also purchase additional AI credit top-ups. AI credits are a prepaid, consumable service: once purchased they are non-refundable, and any subscription refund excludes credits already consumed. Plan-included credits do not carry over and expire at the end of each billing cycle; separately purchased top-up credits remain valid as described at the time of purchase.

6. Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you are charged in error, charged more than once for the same transaction, or charged for a service you did not receive due to a technical failure on our side, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and refund any verified erroneous charge in full.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email support@ai2all.ai from your registered email address with your firm name and the transaction reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method; the time to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.
